Personality Type -- -what About Me - 791 Words

Personality Type---What about Me? My personality type of ESFJ (Extravert, Sensing, Feeling, and Judgement) is notorious for being sociable and outgoing, always willing to understand the needs of others and expressing appreciation for their contributions. ESFJs are known for collecting the facts needed first before making a decision and organizing effective procedures. Often times my personality type is critical of mistakes more easily than rewarding expected duties. Individuals of this personality type are typically people persons and enjoy being around people. According to the Personality Page, (n.d.) people have a habit of using their sensing and judging characteristics to gather detailed information about others, and turn this information into supportive judgments. Working with Others ESFJs thrive on procedure and appointment setting making sure to get tasks completed the day they are due. This particular personality type tends to â€Å"exercise power in leadership through relationships and attention given to subjective human values† (textbook). I prefer to begin a decision-making process with subjective consideration of those involved, their circumstances, and the solution that would be in closest harmony with my own values. My outgoing personality compliments my outstanding selling capabilities.
